The approach of RUBIRES (CENTRAL EUROPE Programme) is to develop and implement strategies for a higher use of renewable resources and therefore gain added value to support the development of rural areas in a sustainable way. New tools & methods have to be developed and implemented. Dissemination of best practices/technologies; analysis of biomass potential in partner regions from D,AT,I,SL,HU; stakeholder dialogue; material flow, land-use & value added chain management are fields of RUBIRES.
