Nordic Energy Research is partner in the Bioenergy Promotion project and besides beeing Task Leader in work Package 2 and Work Package 5 they are also a member of the Steeering Committee. Nordic Energy Research is the funding institution for energy research under the Nordic Council of Ministers – an intergovernmental body between Sweden, Denmark, Finland, Norway and Iceland. We promote research and innovation in new energy technologies and systems by fostering competitiveness, cooperation and increased knowledge creation in Nordic research initiatives. Nordic Energy Research funds and coordinates research, as well as providing administrative expertise, network building and advice.
