| Notes | It is our pleasure to invite you to participate to the Second International Conference on Biomass and Waste Combustion. The Conference will be held in Oslo, 16-17 February 2010. The Conference will focus mainly on the technical aspects of biomass and waste combustion including the sub-themes fuel preparation and handling, combustion processes, ash handling and emissions. The main goal is to present technological innovations that will be commercialised in the near future. The Conference will focus on technologies for both retrofitting existing and application in new, WtE and BtE plants.and emissions. |

The conference is organised by SINTEF within the NextGenBioWaste project. The NextGenBioWaste project is co-funded by the European Commission under the Sixth Framework Programme.
NextGenBioWaste is a project packed with new innovative technology for the next generation of waste and biomass combustion plants. Full-scale demonstrations have been carried out supported by research activities, a co-operation between 17 European partners. As the project is running to its end, activities and results will be presented and discussed.
