Within the task 5.2 cases of businesses in the bioenergy sector have been identified and analysed. Good examples were selected using sustainability criteria.
The work has been performed under the task 5.2 Business Environment Assessment and Sustainable Business Models, subtask 5.2.2 lead by Spektrum CWWM with support of ConVoco Ltd. Information available from other tasks of the project was included in this work.
The criteria used of assessing the cases were derived from the Renewable Energy Directive 2009/28/EC and the subsequent work conducted during the Bioenergy Promotion project under Work Package 3.
The study is aimed to identify and analyse the critical success factors for biomass as a basis for sustainable business development. Selected good examples are described here>>.
