The Annex provides a detailed description and analysis of the policy showcases which served as the basis for the Policy Guidance Paper. The showcases were analyzed concerning the following points: the sustainability principles considered and the measures taken to implement them, whether the measure taken was successful or not, the weakness and the strength of the showcase and the needs for policy optimization.
