The first aim of WP4 has been to identify the regions that will act as “testing grounds” for our work. Secondly regional network points need to be established. We started 2009 by a kick-off workshop at Hadeland, Norway 18-20 May. Many of the regions, and some network points, were established already then, and were presented at the workshop. In total 16 regions have been identified by July 1st 2009, and most of them are described in this report.
